Billing schedules are affected with holidays, saturdays and sundays. If due date falls on a non-working day, it will be automatically moved the following working day. 

A monthly minimum bill should be collected regardless of non-consumption for a particular month. Voluntary disconnection is advised if many months of no usage is observed.

The ₱ 2,500.00 payment covers only tapping to mainline/stub-out by BWD plumbers and the water meter. Materials needed after meter such as lock wing valve, fittings, nipple, PE hose, PE adaptor and etc. is consumers obligation including labor.
