SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE

  • Monday to Friday (EXCLUDING HOLIDAY)
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (NO NOON BREAK)

  • Duly filled-up service request form indicating the nature of the complaint

HOW TO AVAIL THE SERVICE

1 Go to Customer Service Area For walk – in complaints, the Customer Service In Charge will interview the concessionaire on the nature of his/her complaint(s). For those who complained thru BWD Facebook Page (Inbox), thru text messages, the Customer Service In Charge will fill – up the Service Request Form with complete details of the complainant. 5 minutes

2 Service Request form will be prepared and forwarded to Commercial Division for signing. 5 minutes

3 Service Request Form will be forwarded to Operations and Maintenance Division for signing and scheduling of the Operations and Maintenance Division Head. 1 minute

4 Operations and Maintenance Division will forward Service Request form to the General Manager for approval. 1 minute

5 Posting and deployment of the assigned plumber. 2 minutes

6 Plumber will prepare the materials needed and conduct repair for before meter, main line, and lateral line leak. For after meter complaints, initial investigation of the Service Request shall be conducted. 3 hours

7 For after meter concerns, concessionaire will be notified on the result/findings of the investigation conducted and let the concessionaire sign the Service Request Form. For complaints coursed thru BWD Facebook Page and text messages, the same shall be informed of the findings of the investigation. 10 minutes
