  • Monday to Friday (EXCLUDING HOLIDAY)
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (NO NOON BREAK)

1 Go to Customer Service Area Give the concessionaire his/her account number. 1 minute

3 Reconnection Order will be prepared and forwarded to Commercial Division for signing. 5 minutes Melchor M. Curacha Reconnection Order Form
4 Reconnection Order will be forwarded to Operations & Maintenance Division signing and scheduling by the Operations & Maintenance Division Head. 5 minutes
